Welcome to Haider Studios and the work of Elizabeth and Yunus Haider ARBS

Here we introduce ourselves and our work. You will find our work displayed in the 'Gallery of Work'.  We have a large body of work and only a selection is shown.

We are artists specialising in ceramics, abstract bronzes, garden sculptures and prints.  We both work in ceramics, although each of us has their own unique style and subject matter.  Yunus works mainly in abstract shapes and textures derived from growing plants and creatures, where as Elizabeth takes her inspiration from living forms and horses in particular.  Horses have wonderful shapes and volumes which Elizabeth explores in her work in prints and ceramic sculpture. 

Yunus is facinated by living organisms such as sea creatures  and plants, ferns, bark etc, which form the basis of inspiration in his ceramic and bonze works.
